One component ink: Specially designed to be used on treated polyethylene bottles when a two component ink is not desired. It is widely used to print on aluminium. It also gives excellent results on special papers and certain sort of polyester. On varnished metals, such as aerosol cans it usually performs well.

It can be applied by screen printing, pad printing and aerography. The versatility of this ink will oblige us to make some adhesion trials before production.

Recommended applications: Treated polyethylene bottles, aluminium, paper and certain polyesters.

Finish: Satin gloss.

In the can: Only viscosity needs to be adjusted, depending on the job, factory temperature and impression speed.

Diluents: D-100 as fast, D-400 as normal and D-700 as slow one. Its appropriate mixture gives a good behaviour on the stencil. Drying by oven, at 80ºC it dries in 3-6 minutes.

Any other colour can be supplied on demand.

Stencils: Emulsion with ARGAZOL-E (easy de-coating) or ARGAZOL-UV (high performance and definition) with screens from 90 to 130 meshes/cm.
